There was a disruption of service with our mobile payment provider Onebip during the last few days. The reason for this was a possible abuse of the offered payment method. Since yesterday the service offered by Onebip is available again (except for Lithuania and the USA)

Every character we found abusing the service will be banned for 3 to 14 days, depending on the amount of Platinum it obtained by the abuse.

Please note that we explicitly reserve the right to take further actions concerning this matter.
