Private Dungeons

With todays (04.09.2015) server save we activated the Private Dungeons feature. From now on you are able to rent yourself a private hunting ground only you and selected friends may access. Just visit the Marketplace and check out the new category "Private Dungeons" to make your purchase.

There are three private dungeons open for rent:
- The Adventurers Cave: recommended for players from level 45 to 85
- The Caverns of Defiance: recommended for players from level 85 to 105
- The Heroes Halls: recommended for players from level 105 up

Each private dungeon is only available once and can be rented for 1 hour, 2 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days. To rent a dungeon just talk to npc Dunmast on Circusia or open the Marketplace and choose the dungeon and the length of time you want to rent it. Shouldn't you be able to choose, then the dungeon is either already occupied, you already rented this dungeon, your level is not high enough or you can't access Circusia.

Once you rented a dungeon, you have to visit Circusia. Follow the path from the harbour to the dungeon halls and go down to the second floor. There you find three laboratories each with a red floor tile. The red tile in the left room leads to the Adventurers Cave, the one in the centre room leads to the Caverns of Defiance and the one in the right room leads to the Heroes Halls.

When you step on the tile you are teleported to the dungeon and your rental period begins. Each dungeon has two levels with two large caverns. Each cavern is filled with monsters of one damage type and the respawn rate of the monsters is double than normal. The level of the monsters varies from cave to cave and in some caves from area to area.

On the first level of each dungeon you will find an npc called Butler. From him you can obtain 2 items, a teleport stone and an invitation rod. The stone allows you to access your dungeon from almost any place on the world. With the invitation rod you are able to invite other players to your dungeon for the remaining rental period. It also allows you to uninvite previously invited players and to remove them from your dungeon should they happen to be in it.

If you arrive at the laboratories and the fires at the entrance of the room that contains the tile that leads to your rented dungeon are burning, then the dungeon is already occupied. Just step on the tile and you will receive a message that will tell you the remaining time the dungeon is occupied. While you can't choose a dungeon for rent when the dungeon is occupied, all players may buy the dungeon as long as no one claimed the ownership by stepping on the tile and being teleported into the it. We recommend to check the Marketplace for availability first, then make your way to Circusia and rent the dungeon near the teleportation tile.

If you already rented a dungeon and find it occupied on your arrival, then simply come back any other time that suits you to claim your ownership. The dungeon has to be free, of course. To find out when it is free again just step on the tile and check the remaining rental time. For this to work you must have already rented the dungeon.

Spring Update 2015: Open Beta

Today (08.07.2015) at 15:00 CET we started the public beta test of the Springupdate 2015. If you want to test the upcoming update on one of our 2 beta test servers, please use the beta webclient you can find at http://www.tibiame.com/beta/beta.php. Create a character and choose world 3 or 4 to play on.
Please note that there will be no other clients available for beta testing.

Here is a quick preview of the new content you will be able to test:

Banuna Revamp Part 1
The eastern areas of the vast jungle island of Banuna have been revamped. Venture to this mysterious island on behalf of Belden, the kings man for special operations, to find a missing expedition of Colonel Kurtz and discover a secret of the elder times.
Enjoy 16 brand new and exiting quests of the new Banuna mainquestline. Will you be able to survive the dangers lurking in the jungles of this mysterious island and solve the riddles that obscure the path of creation?

New Pets
The druids on Aurea have enhanced the power of the spirit catcher. Now the spirits of eyes and skonkeys can be collected to. Talk to either Lunduir or Illaduir to learn more.

New Armour Set
A brand new hit/soul armour set ranging from level 35 to 39 will be available on Banuna. Parts of the new Covering Armour set can already be received as rewards from the quest.

Private Dungeons
Ever wanted to own a private dungeon where you and your friends can hunt undisturbed? This is possible with the new update. Circusia now features 3 new dungeons with monsters from different level ranges. These are available for rent. Just go to the Marketplace and check out the new offers. You can also talk to the new NPC Dunmast who will lead you to the offers and provides you with some useful items as long as you own a dungeon.

Pet bugfix

TibiaME has turned 12 years and we are celebrating this great achievement with a very special in-game event.

Find and face various challenging boss battles spread all over the world.

The event itself is not very complicated. Like with the 10 years birthday event, we made bosses from CipSoft members associated with TibiaME. So every player that always wanted to bash one or some of us can participate and show us what they are made of.

The boss battles can be found on Aurea, where you can fight Balinor and Magos. On Ashmor Isolan will accept your challenge. Judigator can be found on St. Nivalis, while Testor and his team made camp in Yabutu.
Tannin stalks the jungles of Banuna, while Lyxophs burning ship anchors at Starrfish Island. I am waiting on Solahmar to face worthy opponents. The gods (bosses of CipSoft) make their home on Fabulara and await the challengers.

This event is just for your fun. So dying during one of the boss battles will not make you loose anything. On the other hand, there is nothing to win but the pleasure to hit some GMs.... and of course some achievements to prove it.

Insurance Prices

We adjusted the pricing policy for the Life Insurance.

The insurance prices for characters below level 70 will now be scaled in tiers. After reaching level 71 a character will pay the usual price of 500 Platinum for a live insurance 100%.

Please note that, caused by the adjustments made, the prices of the other life insurance products also changed.

Onebip Abuse

There was a disruption of service with our mobile payment provider Onebip during the last few days. The reason for this was a possible abuse of the offered payment method. Since yesterday the service offered by Onebip is available again (except for Lithuania and the USA)

Every character we found abusing the service will be banned for 3 to 14 days, depending on the amount of Platinum it obtained by the abuse.

Please note that we explicitly reserve the right to take further actions concerning this matter.

What will happen with the event:
- New Questline on Aurea (only available during the event)
- New Worldquest with Daily Quest (only available during the event)
- Aurea city is covered in snow and ice and you can start the questline at the NPC Vrost Fath
- Players on each gameworld need to solve a certain amount of Daily Quests every day. If they manage this, the gameworld will receive 10% EP Bonus on monster kills for the rest of the day. So the earlier the gameworld solve the quests, the more time with the bonus.

We are currently working on an event called Winterfeast. It will take place from the 21.12.2012 until the 06.01.2013. We would like to invite you to our test servers (Web client only) on Tuesday 18.12.2012, starting at 15:00 o'clock German time.

You will be able to play the event and of course take some screenshots. During the event Aurea city will be covered in snow and ice and some special NPCs will be giving out quests in the town. Here are some first impressions:

Android v2.08
