New recovery system
Our new recovery system will be activated today, and all players, both free and premium, will be able to use it. As we announced recently, the password recovery via SMS is no longer available so you have to use the email contact now.

The new recovery system allows you to unlock your PIN, to recover your password and to recover your PIN directly via the TibiaME website. Furthermore, we will remove the waiting period of 30 days so you will be able to use the system anytime.
