There is currently a problem with payments made via Indosat. Players buy premium time, the money will be deducted and they even get a referenceID via SMS. However, they do not receive the premium time.

Indosat is already working on a solution. If you are affected by this problem, please contact our customer support and include the following information in your mail: character name, world, Indosat referenceID.
