mana stat point???

Everytime I level I have a stat point raise in mana, I don't choose to put it there. I still get my three points I can distripute, does this happen to everyone??? Why does this happen. I'm a warrior |

it happen to everyone. Each lvl up u gain 4 points. If u warrior, 1 point automatically distribute to mana. If u wizard, 1 point automatically distribute to hitpoint |
