Can you stack Buffs/Debuffs?

Just wondering if i can stack debuffs or buffs on me or an enemy. Like using focus then rage. Will The rage cancel the benefits of focus or will they both activated at the same time?

Well.. The spell that you use recently is active.. and yess,the RAGE will cancel the benefits of Focus. smile Tq.

Thx! i heard the spring update will allow u to stack and actually see the amount values at which the buffs/debuffs work.
