more accurate,but the attack damage remain the same. The bigger the level,the more faster/accurate you hit em'.
Best attack buff
-solo=> eagle eye
-guild=> united bravely
Damage buff:
raise the damage,but the accuracy are depending to the level. The bigger the level,the more increasing damage will be given.
Best damage buff
-solo=> frenetic fury
-guild=> opera of blood
