I finished Bandomir`s quest blowing up the horn but I do not know where do I go to get the incensor... actually I am not sure if I will get it in this episode but I figure it out because it says in the website.

hey, u need to go to fabulara and find the person who can fix ur horn then blow for the last time. then u'll get a message, go to king ayoin and get your reward btw wiz will get flogging rune
